Gymshark aimed to promote their new female clothing set and required over 50 high-quality images and 30+ unedited video clips for marketing and social content. The challenge was compounded by the fact that the clothing set arrived late, leaving us with only three days to plan and execute the shoot. Within this tight timeline, we needed to source suitable locations, coordinate talent, and capture all required assets, ensuring the content aligned with Gymshark’s brand identity and ready-to-use requirements for social and e-commerce channels.

SOLUTION

Faced with only three days to shoot and the late arrival of the new Gymshark female clothing set, we quickly implemented a streamlined production plan to deliver all required assets on time.

 

Our team collaborated with influencer @fit.fitch_, ensuring her presence highlighted the collection while amplifying social reach. We scouted and secured a mix of locations that complemented the brand aesthetic, including Muscleworks Orpington, Sleven in Battersea, and select outdoor sites, providing a diverse backdrop for both studio-style and lifestyle shots.

Across the shoot, we captured over 50 high-quality images and 30+ unedited video clips, giving Gymshark a versatile library of raw content ready for social media, marketing campaigns, and e-commerce use. Despite the tight schedule, we maintained visual consistency, brand alignment, and creative energy throughout every location and setup. By combining efficient planning, influencer collaboration, and adaptable on-site execution, we ensured that the new clothing set was showcased effectively across multiple formats.

 

The result was a comprehensive content package that elevated Gymshark’s launch campaign and provided the client with assets to engage their audience immediately, all while navigating time and logistical constraints.
